Wheaton College Permanent Collection

Wheaton College acquired the A.W.V.S. uniform set from Donna Niederstadt in 2013, as part of a larger gift of textile objects. Since its addition to the Permanent Collection, the uniform set has been conserved at Museum Textile Services in Andover, MA, and has just recently had its accession records finished, having been given the object number designations 2013.005.004.01a through 2013.005.004.07p. These records cover a variety of differet objects within the set, including a uniform dress, several skirts and jackets, many caps, purses, ties, a belt, and misecelania including patches and buttons.
